Project Overview
This project included energy/design improvements to a 550,000 square foot office building located in Fresno, California, which processes tax returns and other related tax documents. Mr. Laughlin’s was responsible for the design, submittals review & contractor pricing for four Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) including Lighting Upgrades, Building Automation System (BAS) Expansion, Chiller, and HVAC replacements.
