BTU Engineers worked on the Caltrans District 04 Office Building in Oakland, CA. The total conditioned space is 525,000 sq. ft. for this facility. We provided LEED-EBOM services for this building. This building earned a LEED Gold status under v4. BTU Engineers performed ASHRAE 62.1 calculations, ASHRAE level 1 audit, and water-saving calculations.
