Commissioning Agent:
We are looking for a Commissioning Agent to help us on the BTU’s Cx projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
Must be able to conduct pre-functional and functional tests, review the start-up check lists, review construction documents, analyze mechanical / electrical / plumbing systems, and have experience in using field testing equipment.
Complete proposals for commissioning, retro-commissioning and LEED commissioning services
Perform field site visits to identify discrepancies between the design documents and the installed systems.
Develop functional testing procedures for commissioning projects using design documents, equipment and control drawings.
Perform functional testing of equipment with the contracting team for the commissioned systems which include, but are not limited to, the mechanical contractor, electrical contractor, plumbing contractor, controls contractor, and landscape contractor.
Complete a commissioning plan for commissioning projects.
Perform submittal review and design drawing review with comments.
Conduct and attend commissioning meetings for projects.
Coordinate Test & Balance Activities with contracting teams.
Review Test & Balance reports.
Generation of systems manual.
Documentation of commissioning activities in final commissioning report.
Witness and document systems start-up and systems training.

Desired Qualifications
Bachelor in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
PE license preferred
EIT or Commissioning Certification Required
